Venue for Swimming Competition: VMS Karelibaugh Swimming Pool, Near Spandan School for Mentally Challenged, Jay Santhoshi Nagar, Karelibaugh, Vadodara, Gujarat 390018.
Reporting Time: 08:00 am
Last date for sending entry: 22/09/2017 (before 2:00 pm)
General Instruction:
1. Team Manager / coach have to submit their eligibility form and medical certificate (Compulsory) duly singed by the Principal at the time of the reporting.
2. The Organizing Committee reserves to make change in program, Venue and order of event if necessary. The decision of organizing secretary will be final and binding to all.
3. The team managers are requested to co-operate with organizing secretary.
4. Player’s documents and Eligibility is compulsory.
5. Detailed Entry Form For Inter Zonal Aquatic Championship (22/09/2017 Before 2:00 pm)
6. Presence of Manager or Coach is compulsory.
7. If any incidence take place of any college the organizer is not responsible
8. TA /DA of players/ coach/ manager will be borne by the participating Institute.
9. Following documents are compulsorily required at time of tournament / selection.
- College ID card of the student.
- 2 passport sized photo.
- Latest fees receipt (Xerox).
- Leaving Certificate (Xerox).
- 10th Mark sheet (Xerox).
- 12th mark sheet / Diploma mark sheet /U G mark sheet (if in PG) (Xerox).
- Mark sheet of last exam passed (Xerox).
- Kindly send Detailed Eligibility Performa duly signed by the college principal and sports I/C.
NOTE:
- Those students who will not have these specified document will not be allowed for Tournament and selection Trails
