Microcontroller, Van Neumann and Harvard Architecture, CISC and RISC

8085 Microprocessor: Architectural
Block Diagram, Schematic and Pin diagrams, Pin functions, Bus Organization,
Internal operations and registers, Externally initiated operations, Serial
interrupt and I/O Control, Brief Introduction of Instruction and assembly
language Program, (Complete 8085 instruction set and Programming of assembly
language 8085 should not be covered & asked in the exam) Timing and
Control Unit ,Microprocessor communication, Multiplexing of address/data bus,
Generation of control signals, 8085 machine cycles,Fetch and execution of
only MOV, STA, and OUT instructions with timing diagram.

writing programs (like time delay using loop. Concept of
