undertaking for below 18 years students(for saradar sarovar visit)

For visit of Sardar Sarovar, Kevadiya, the students below 18 years have to submit following undertaking signed by parents/guardian before starting of visit.

Undertaking of Students during Industrial visit

I, undersigned, student of the 3^RD Semester, Electrical Engineering Department, Government Engineering College, Bharuch abide myself to follow the rules and regulations during attending the industrial visit.

1      - I will reach to the specified address / location on time at our own cost.

2.    -I know that the purpose of industrial visit is to enhance the knowledge of us and if any accident/ mishap/ hazard will occur, the institute will not be responsible.

3.      - I will maintain discipline and never misbehave with any one during our industrial visit.

4.     - I will assure that I will never touch any machinery, part of machine (live or dead) or anything without prior permission of concerned person.
