Scholarships
Students are instructed to follow
the guidelines which are given below.
v Students
must submit the duly signed hardcopy of the scholarship application form with
the required documents that are mentioned in the application form.
v Students
can post/speed post/ submit the hard copy of the application form. For the
post/Speed post, the envelope cover page is attached to this notice.
v All
the attached documents must be self-attested and also
v The
income certificate must be from a competent authority.
v Online
application verification will be started after receiving the hardcopy of the
application form.
v Students
must enter the details i.e. term date, exam fee, tuition fee, and miscellaneous
fees as per the details given by the departmental coordinator.
v Students
have to select the Day Scholler option in the scholarship form as there is no
hostel admission due to the covid19 pandemic situation.
v 1st-year
students, don’t write anything in Enrollment details

List of mandatory documents
1. Adhar card ( Uploading option is not available so provide hard copy of it)
2. Cast Certificate
3. First page of bank passbook
4. Fee receipt of current course year
5. Income certificate by competent authority
6. Mark-sheets of previous academic year
7. Identity card issued by the college. (Bonafide certificate issued by GEC Bharuch for 1st year and 3rd semester D to D students)
