3 Achievements (Academic/Non-Academic)/ Participation in Academic/Non-academic Events(download the form and fill details)Click here for download forms related to point 1,2,3 form
4 Copy of 10th Marksheet.
5.Copy of 12th Marksheet
6 Copy of all semester Marksheet (GTU EXAM-appeared up to summer 2019)
7 copy of all certificates of Academic/Non-academic Events which you listed in point 3.
