Timings to be strictly followed for the Sardar Sarovar Visit on 09/08/17

All the students who have registered for the Sardar Sarovar Visit will have to strictly follow timings as per following schedule.


Date of Visit: 09/08/17
Time: 5.45 A.M from GEC,Bharuch  College Gate
Return time 8.00 P.M (Approx.)

Note: 

(1) Students will have to reach the college main gate sharp at 5.45 a.m anyhow. Bus will depart sharp at 6.05 a.m.  In case of absenteeism, money will not be refunded.

(2) College ICARD is compulsory. All the students must follow proper former dress code and come along with safety shoose. Come with sufficient amount of drinking water/primary medicine etc...
(3) All the students must give undertaking in writing as per following format as attached herewith.
