It is been observed that many students are remaining absent in 8th sem, 6th sem and 4 th semester on a regular basis and not attending theory and laboratory classes. Students must notice that regular monitoring and tracking of attendance is been carried out by department and DTE office, Gandhinagar regularly. It is compulsory to have at least 80 % attendance in theory and laboratories failing which strict action will be exercised including non granting of term work and non allowance to enter in to mid semester examination. Students must come attend all the classes as per timetable from 10.30 to 5.10 p.m regularly without fail. Students must not leave the classes specially in the afternoon session without permission from H.O.D of the department otherwise parents will be informed about the same and disciplinary actions will be taken. All the students must notice that this time it is very much essential to maintain attendance more than 80% failing which corrective actions would be taken for sure.
