Notice for all Electrical Engineering Students
All the 2nd/4th/6th semesters students are cordially invited for project exhibition in our department on 19/4/18 by our final year students as part of curricular activity.
The project fair is organized at our department where you will come to learn about new innovations and idea prevailing in our area so that you can take some hints when you come in final year.

PRoject Exhibition on 19/4/18 for Final year students
1) It is the compulsory Event
2) Students have to present/exhibit/demonstrate their project/poster/report along with model.
3) Judges from outside institutes will visit this fair and evaluate based on your performance.
4) On the basis of Judges evaluation the three best groups will be finalized for prize distribution.
5) The participation in this fair is declared compulsory by GTU and 25% of total marks would be given on this activity performance.
6) The pre-final year students from our department and across the institute will visit your project demonstration so that they can take some guidance.
7) You are required to be present in the department at 10:30 A.M. ON THE 19/4/18 and take this opportunity positively to exhibit your technical aptitude.
NOTICE OF REMID EXAM IN INTERNAL FOR 3RD SEMESTER
It is informed to students who has backlog in 3rd semester mid Exam (Electrical Subjects), contact respective faculty for exam date on or before 13/04/2018. & Exam will be conduct between 16/04/2018 to 24/04/2018.
For Final year students
The final year students are hereby asked to present their project on 19/4/18 at our department. The activity is part of project fair organized by GTU circular dated 9/4/18. The activity is compulsory and 25% of internal marks would be given based on the performance in this part. SO you all are asked to remain present on the 19/4/18 present without fail.
There is provision for prizes awarded to those top three performing group at department level, so be ready and equipped with all necessary supporting documents on the 19/4/18.
