Siemens Scholarship Registration (only for First Year Students)

All the First Year students who are eligible as per criteria as discussed earlier at the time of orientation are instructed to register online on or before 27/08/16 through website portal address as mentioned below.

Age <=20 (B.E First Year only)
H.S.C >=50% (But Aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Maths must be greater or equal to 60 %)
S.S.C >=60%
Annual Family Income <= 200000

3RD SEMESTER, KEVADIYA COLONY VISIT

Note Down the follwing points:

1) Time of departure from college: 6.40 a.m.

2) Hold for the 10 min at railway station at sheetal chowkadi to collect the students coming from Surat in Gujarat Queen Express.

3) Students are advice to bring light snacks as lunch may be delayed.

4) ID card is compulsory. This will require at the entrance of visiting places.

5) Don't take photographs at restricted places.

6) Shoes are compulsory for safety.

7) Don't come without permission of parents/guardian.

8) We are expecting to arrive back up to 8.00 pm.

9)  Maintain discipline and never misbehave with any one during our visit. 

10) In case of unavoidable circumstances and unfavourable weather conditions, we may cancel/terminate the visit at any time.

FOR STUDENTS OF 3RD 5TH AND 7TH SEMESTER

Students (3rd , 5th and 7th semester )of electrical department are hereby informed to remain present in all lectures/laboratory sessions throughout the day. Those remaining absent are likely to invite actions against them for respective subjects.

From now, students are not required to sign daily attendance register for their mark of attendance. Presence of students will be taken in each lectures/laboratory sessions and considered separately as usual.

7th semester Students who have not filled up Placement  related details shall have to complete it immediately without fail on or before 07/08/16. Remaining students will  be considered as if they are not interested in placement through placement cell in future. so treat this urgently as per deadlines.
